Pila’s unique reference. Quote it when you contact support.
Select the eye icon on a row to open Transaction Details. It shows the customer’s name and phone number, the receiver details (account name, bank and account number), and the transaction details (time, session ID, amount, currency, type and status).
Transaction details
Tracing a transfer? The Session ID is the reference banks use to trace an interbank transfer. Copy it with the icon beside it and share it with the receiving bank or with support.
Select Export at the top right to download the transactions you are viewing. Apply filters first to export only what you need.
For month-end reconciliation, filter to the period and status SUCCESSFUL before exporting — otherwise in-flight transactions inflate your totals against your bank statement.
Transaction exports contain customer names and account details. Encrypt them at rest, restrict access, and never paste rows into a public channel.
