# Resolve Nuban

> This endpoint returns the account name linked to an account number

  Bank codes come from the [Fetch banks](/api-reference/general-services/fetch-banks) endpoint.

<Tip>
  Resolve the account before every payout and show the returned name back to the user for confirmation. A transfer to the wrong account cannot be reversed.
